This upcoming year is an important one in the future of our congregation. The Call Committee and the Council have been working through the process and as this plays out in 2026 our prayerful support will come into deeper focus. One of the ways we support this is through our monetary gifts. Part of our annual considerations for giving are rooted in how we can use our gifts and resources to support the mission and values of Mount Tabor and serve the wider community. Historically, we’ve called this our stewardship appeal which assists the Congregation and the Council to budget for our regular expenses, but also to plan for the future. Calling a new pastor is leading our considerations.
In this 2026 appeal at Mount Tabor, we acknowledge our priorities as:

This is a one time request and you can give to this fund by selecting the "Give Now" button on http://mttaborslc.org/give web page. You are also welcome to donate by check...just make sure to make a note it is intended as a gift to the +One Appeal for Kitchen Appliances.
Mount Tabor is a witness to God’s work in the world on 2nd South and 7th East. God meets us here and the Spirit is with us.
