Possible Funding Sources

· Money in New Ministry bank account at this time ~ $20,000 (donations and grants)

· Remainder of ELCA grant of $20,000 ($10,000 in April of each year, 2025 and 2026)

· Following evaluation discussion of our ELCA Hunger grant 2/3/25 with the grant administrator, Tabor received favorable assurances that we may reapply in 2026 for additional $30,000 (in 3 yr) grant period for 2027-2029. It was also confirmed that grant monies may be spent in their entirety for building renovations to accommodate this new ministry.

· Request(s) to Endowment & Memorials for investments or loans.

· A capital appeal is also an option and could include the costs associated with, but not currently funded for the Tabor landscaping project, rebranding/signage and other renovations of the office and new pastor's office in preparation for calling a new minister.

· Donations to the new ministry have not yet been formally requested. It should be noted that some member donations earmarked for the New Ministry have come in over the past couple of years. The landscaping project could be included in any donation requests.
