At our September council meeting, we voted to spend money from the Capital Reserve Account for building maintenance and improvement projects. These are (1) recarpeting of the East Classroom, (2) repair of the stringers for the stairways to the patio in the basement, and (3) installing an ADA door opener for one east side door to the Narthex. The total cost is estimated to be around $4,200. The Capital Reserve Account had about $11, 800 before this decision.

We are planning on having another tally of the expected offerings for the 2024 budget. Last year’s tally was very useful in the budgeting process, given the strong support provided by members. Look for items coming out in October.
