On Sunday May 3rd from 5-7pm, we have planned what we are calling a Circle of Hope +One Gratitude dinner and you are invited. You are also invited to invite. We will have entertainment and some brief time to share what is happening in the Mount Tabor community to live out what Jesus asks of us in:
Matthew 25:35-40: Jesus tells us that when he was hungry, thirsty, and naked, his followers fed and clothed him by helping the vulnerable. He concludes, "Whatever you did for one of the least of these... you did for me".
To grow our service community, we have asked you over this past year to think of friends and family - naming them +Ones - that would join you in service. We rejoice that we have added +Ones to our "feeding ministries" at Vinny’s, Utah Food Bank, and Family Promise. We have purchased new kitchen appliances with your donations. And many volunteer to help with landscaping and sprucing up our grounds, plus a group last summer with the proposed, but not realized homeless housing project. This is a dinner to recognize our gracious donors, caring members and volunteer service community.
In order to order enough food and prepare our gratitude meal, we ask you to fill out the form below as an RSVP by April 22nd telling us you plan to be there. You may fill out one form and include the total number you plan to bring with you.
