led by Pastor DanaLee Simon. Pr. DanaLee is a certified spiritual director through the Shalem Institute in Washington, DC and rostered clergy in the Rocky Mountain Synod.
You are invited to build community with other members of Mount Tabor, express yourself in body, mind, and spirit, take in Nature, be, and learn about the gift of loving yourself, and practices of self-compassion.
RITA is located in the woods, a good 30 minutes up from the town of Huntsville. Accomodations are comfortable with options ranging from sleeping in a bed in a room with a closed door, to an open loft on a blow-up mattress. Please state your preference with you RSVP for sleeping accomodations. This retreat is limited to 11 participants. Reserve your spot with a non-refundable payment of $25 to Mt. Tabor and by RSVPing to Pastor David. The rest of the cost will be paid by the church and includes lodging, food, retreat materials, and content.
