Tabor Adult Self-Compassion Retreat, October 25-27, 2019 (6 p.m. on Friday through noon on Sunday)

@RITA (Retreat In The Aspens) near Causey Reservoir (1.5 hour drive from Salt Lake City) 
led by Pastor DanaLee Simon. Pr. DanaLee is a certified spiritual director through the Shalem Institute in Washington, DC and rostered clergy in the Rocky Mountain Synod.

You are invited to build community with other members of Mount Tabor, express yourself in body, mind, and spirit, take in Nature, be, and learn about the gift of loving yourself, and practices of self-compassion. 
 
RITA is located in the woods, a good 30 minutes up from the town of Huntsville.  Accomodations are comfortable with options ranging from sleeping in a bed in a room with a closed door, to an open loft on a blow-up mattress.  Please state your preference with you RSVP for sleeping accomodations.  This retreat is limited to 11 participants. Reserve your spot with a non-refundable payment of $25 to Mt. Our hope is to continue to provide quartely reports in the newsletter that help communicate the health of the budget - both costs and income - that help us Live God’s Love in the World throughout the year!
