GOLDEN CELERY CAN CHALLENGE – KICK OFF JULY 1ST
Once again Mount Tabor will be participating in the Golden Celery Can Challenge to raise food for Crossroads during the month of July. There was not time to get an announcement made up for the June Tabor Trumpet but the rules remain the same. Please bring you donations each Sunday and place them by the barrel. Totals will be published weekly.
So instead of watching all these very high paid soccer players kick a silly ball around during the World Cup in Russia let’s kick in for the Celery Can challenge during the month of July. Please note there are 5 Sundays in July this year so we have an added opportunity to increase our total donation.

Household items needed for Family Promise. We have the opportunity to help three families who have found housing through Family Promise! Many household items, furniture, beds, etc. are needed. Can you help? Have things to donate in good condition? See the sign-up sheet on the coffee counter, or contact Barb Moore.
Ulster Project Utah will be holding a Car Wash at Our Saviours Lutheran Church ( 2500 E 3900 S) on Saturday July 7th from 11.00 AM to 2.00 PM. This Christian Peace Project which brings together Protestant and Catholic teens from the unrest of Northern Ireland for a month of programmed activities with their American counterparts has been going on in the Salt Lake Valley for the last 33 years.
