Palm Sunday Communion Bread Baking!   Ever wonder where our delicious bread for the Meal at the round table comes from? Ever wondered if you could learn how to make it?  Lanea Brown is inviting all who love baking to join her after worship, Sunday, April 2nd to learn how it’s done.  Especially Tabor Kids!  All supplies provided.  Let her know if you’re interested.  We’ll freeze the bread and use for the Easter season.

YOAKS Bible Study,  Tuesday, April 4 and Tuesday April 18 at 9:30am.  All ages are invited to join Pastor David and Regina Reed in this new Bible study group reading the Gospel of Mark. Invite your friends!

Good Friday at the Cathedral of the Madeleine:  A free choral concert beginning at 3pm and the public is invited.  The Madeleine Choir School is presenting their “Stabat Mater (‘Mother who stays’) Choral Meditation” a beautiful time of reflection on Mary the Mother of Jesus, who according to John’s gospel was one of the few who remained at the crucifixion when all others fled in fear. 

Easter coffee and Egg Hunt Sunday, April 9 after 10:30 worship.

YOAKS Lunch April 11, noon-1:30pm.  All “Young and Older Adults Knowing Strength” are invited! Lunch is provided and an activity is being planned.  Please RSVP to our hosts Pierre and Kathy Pearson, or Pastor David.  

“Dinner at Vinny’s” service opportunity is Tuesday April 11, 4:30-6:30pm at the St Vincent DePaul Dining Hall at the Weigan Center downtown.  Come and share Tabor’s gracious and loving hospitality with our hungry neighbors living on the streets.  We always have room for more volunteers!  Clean-up help especially! Tabor serves at Family Promise: volunteers of all ages can come help serve the dinner for families experiencing homelessness on Monday, June 12, 6:15pm to 7:30pm at Hilltop UMC's Hilltop House, located at 985 E 10600 S in Sandy.  Please see Pastor David if you’d like to help!
