Dear David Nichols,

Crossroads Urban Center is helping more people per day at our food pantries and thrift store than we have ever served since we first opened in 1966. We expect to begin serving even more people next month when COVID relief enhanced SNAP benefits expire. We are gathering ideas for new ways we can collect food to meet this growing need.

Do you know a congregation or community group that would be interested in "adopting" our food pantry in the Poplar Grove neighborhood and collecting donations for it every week or month?

Is there someone you know who would be interested in collecting food for one of our food pantries at the next dinner party they throw in their home?

Rising prices for food and rent are squeezing low income families but thanks to our amazing volunteers and donors we have been able to meet the need. We are grateful for ideas and for your continued support.
