The Very Rev. W. Mark Richardson, Ph.D., is president and dean of Church Divinity School of the Pacific (CDSP).

Richardson was installed as CDSP president in October 2010, after more than a decade as professor of theology at General Theological Seminary in New York City.

He is an Episcopal priest, scholar, lecturer and theologian who has written extensively on faith, science, and evolution.

The CDSP president received his B.A. in history at the University of Oregon, his M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary and his Ph.D. in philosophical theology from the GTU, where he taught theology in the 1990s.

Richardson is a former parish priest who has worked and studied on both coasts. He is founder and director of the Science and Spiritual Quest Project of the Center for Theology and Natural Sciences, the moderator of the Trinity Institute conferences in New York City and the senior theological advisor at Trinity Wall Street.
