We are collecting donations listed below throughout Lent.  You can bring donations to the narthex.  Your donation will help to ensure that our veterans’ families can focus on providing healing comfort to their loved ones. 

IMMEDIATE NEEDS 

• COSTCO, Walmart, and Amazon gift cards (this is how we stock our kitchen)
• Grab ‘n’ go snacks (individually wrapped snacks such as nuts, cookies, chips, granola bars, peanut butter/cheese crackers, etc.)
• Cup o’ soup noodles
• Fruit cups (individual snack size)
• canned soup
• Swiffer Wet refills
• Red Solo plastic cups (16 ounce)
• Paper coffee cups (12 ounce)
• Laundry soap HE formula – preferably pods
• Bar soap

• Brand new plain colored aprons with logo put on them

• Brand new folding chairs
• high quality leather cleaner for light tan leather chairs

FOOD AND DRINK ITEMS

• individual size frozen items; toaster streusel, breakfast sandwiches, pizza, burritos, pot pies, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches etc (frozen meals that are easy to put in microwave)
• frozen meat; ground beef, hot dogs, sausage, bacon, chicken, pork chops etc
• canned soup
• liquid creamer for coffee
• individually wrapped cheese for sandwiches
• individually wrapped string cheese, cheddar/monterey jack snack cheese

CLEANING AND ROOM ITEMS

• Lysol disinfecting spray

WAREHOUSE SIZE ITEMS

• frozen treats; ice cream bars, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, etc.
• individual size frozen meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner items

RESIDENT / HOUSEHOLD NEEDS:

• Gift cards (eateries like McDonald’s, Corner Bakery and other nearby restaurants, movies, local attractions,  gas, spa services, haircuts, etc)
• Gas gift cards
• PASSES for Hogle Zoo, Aquarium, Tracy Aviary, Red Butte Garden, and Museums
• Pizza delivery companies to deliver pizza on an ongoing basis
• Bakeries, bagels, donut companies to donate leftovers on an ongoing basis
• Home depot/Lowes gift cards (for home repairs)
• Grocery store gift cards for kitchen shopping (prefer Walmart & Costco)
• 1 year magazine subscriptions
• All white (non fabric) nice shower curtains
